There’s a lot to dig into as you start your IFS challenge. There is a bit of theory to go through important concepts, practical exercises that will take you through your subconscious mind, plus some great extras to hopefully trigger your curiosity and creativity!
Please know that all the information is here for a reason and it has been curated in a particular sequence so we recommend you work through this course from Block 1 through Block 6. Go at the pace that suits you best and is good for your system!
Here are some tips to make the most of this experience:
- There Are No Quick Fixes Here: Massive change can happen in one single day, and it also can’t all happen in just a few days. What you definitely need is that first step to commit, and then, each step after that is just as important as the first one. If you stick with this material, practice, and ask questions, you will definitely notice changes!
- Block Off Your Time: We rarely block off time for little mini breaks throughout the day in which we just stop, pause and listen to our needs. For the next few days, use this challenge as a prompt to take those mini breaks, free of distractions, to focus on yourself, to listen to what your body and mind need from you.
- Support: We invite you to share with the group as much as you feel comfortable with. This will not only help you get better support, but will also inspire others in their journey. There will be space and time for sharing during our calls and also in the FB group. We are never alone and we may not realize this until we share our stories with others.
