Parts Mapping is a practical exercise used to externalize your internal world. By putting your parts on paper (or a digital screen), you can see them more clearly and understand how they relate to one another.
Visualize
See how your parts interact with each other and with your Self.
Gain Perspective
Creating a map helps you unblend and observe from a place of Self-energy.
Spot Conflicts
Easily spot parts that are in conflict or acting as protective barriers.
Start with the Self at the Center
When mapping, place the Self at the center. Draw your parts around it and use lines to indicate their relationships. Remember: Mapping isn't about artistic ability—it's about externalizing your world.
