Understanding Secure Attachment
Secure attachment is the foundation of healthy, resilient relationships. In the context of Internal Family Systems (IFS), it relates to how our internal system (our "parts") feels safe and connected to our core Self.
When we have secure attachment, we are better able to regulate our emotions, communicate our needs clearly, and navigate conflicts with compassion and clarity.
