This workshop will guide you through the process of identifying and addressing the parts that influence your habits, helping you to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Our habits aren't just random actions; they are often driven by protective parts. By understanding the intent behind these behaviors, we can transform them without the struggle of willpower alone. Identifying the internal team members responsible for these actions is the first step toward lasting change.
The session is approximately 2 – 2.5 hours long and is led by an expert practitioner. It is designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical applications of the IFS model for habit modification.
