There are No Bad Parts!

Even the most disruptive or painful parts have a positive intent. An anxious part might be trying to save you from social exclusion, while a critical part might be trying to push you to succeed so you don't feel worthless.

Internal Balance

When one part becomes extreme, it's usually because it feels it HAS to be to keep the system safe. By befriending these parts, we help them find balance and return to their healthy roles.
