Cost of the IFS Guide App Subscription

As you all know, we recently released our IFS Guide App which aims to help you do IFS on your own, anytime and anywhere.

While many people were ok with the initial pricing, we also heard a few people having concerns and not understanding the pricing of the IFS Guide App premium subscription.
For this reason, we wanted to be transparent with some of our reasoning, challenges and hopes in creating and growing this IFS tool for everyone.

Cost of the IFS Guide App:
  • As of Oct 15, 2022, we have adjusted the Premium plan to be $95 per year (that’s 50% less than before)
    • This translates to only $8/month for investing in your healing, which is less than:
      • 1 or 2 meals per month in most countries in the world!
      • And much less than even 1 IFS therapy session per year!
    • Those that already paid with older prices, will get a price adjustment on the new billing cycle.
    • And if you still can’t afford it,
  • 30% of what you pay goes directly to Apple and Google stores for hosting the app.
    • This leaves the company with only 70% of what you pay to sustain the app, full-time employees, and research and develop more tools and offerings.
  • Currently building this app costs over $10,000 per month not even including the founders’ own cost of living.
  • We’ve been working on it for the past 2 years full-time, so you can imagine how much of our own savings have already been spent.

  • IFS Guide App’s main goal and ability is to help you DIRECTLY in your healing process via:

    • Personalized Guided Check-ins
    • Personalized Guided Exercises
    • Easy Educational Videos & Content
    • Connecting with your parts wherever and whenever (as long as you have internet access)
    • And many more tools in the making! (We are constantly doing research and adding more features and tools. We’re not even 5% done!!)
  • Qualifications
    • All material is created by Certified IFS Level-3 IFS Practitioner and is reviewed by similarly qualified peers before they go live
    • We are also partnering with top IFS experts for new tools and are very excited to share more on this soon!
  • IFS Guide is not a “Tracking” app per se, though we do offer tracking to help with building connection and trust with your Parts. This is through:
    • Parts’ Profiles
    • Part maps (Mapping the relationship between different parts)
    • Trailheads
    • Reminders
